As mentioned by John Gaskin of the N.A.A.C.P., and even news entities such as M.S.N.B.C. & U.S.A. Today, Ferguson lacks ethnic diversity in regard to the officials whom influence and lead the town, including the police force. Failure to match the composition of the authoritative force in the area to the residential demographic make-up has resulted in major difficulties and injustices even called out by the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division following an investigation into the police force in particular.
If we are going to help and uplift our community, we have to be apart of it. And, working on the school board, committee, council, and every other office of Ferguson are all parts of the community. We must take office and implement that we know is needed and repel that we know is detrimental to our cause(s).
As most visiting this site know, Lin's Bins focuses on the just advancement of the Black (A.D.oS.) community. And, that is what strengthens my support for, Person, not only a Black representative, but, an unbiased, determined, family man with real goals for and methods of achieving success in Ferguson.
